Submit your church's EIN
In the dashboard, go to Billing, then Nonprofit Verification, and enter your 9-digit EIN. A determination letter upload is optional, and most churches will not have one.

Get verified
We review your church manually and verify within 1 to 2 business days. Once verified, your plan switches to the nonprofit rate at $9.50 a month.

Does our church qualify for the discount?
Yes. Churches are automatically tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3), so every church qualifies for the GoodPostal Nonprofit plan at $9.50 a month. All we need is your church's EIN.
We never received a 501(c)(3) determination letter. Is that a problem?
No. Unlike other nonprofits, churches are not required to apply to the IRS for recognition, so many churches have no determination letter and never appear in the IRS public database. Submit your EIN and we will verify your church manually within 1 to 2 business days.
Do ministries and religious schools qualify too?
Separately incorporated ministries and religious schools qualify as 501(c)(3) organizations with their own EIN. If you are not sure how your organization is set up, submit your EIN anyway or email support@goodpostal.com and we will sort it out.
Our church runs on Gmail. Can we still sign up?
Yes. An email at your church's own domain works right away. If your church runs on Gmail, choose "Request access" on the signup page instead, tell us a little about your church, and we will review and approve your email.
How does sending work on the plan?
You pay for what you send, not for your contact list. The plan is $9.50 a month or $114 a year, and every send is metered at $0.05 per 1,000 emails from the first email, with no included allowance and no hard cap. You connect your own email sending service and pay it directly for delivery.
Is this the full GoodPostal product?
Yes. Every feature, unlimited contacts, same metered send rate. The only difference is the price: $9.50 a month instead of $19.
