What does ActiveCampaign charge for that the table does not show?
ActiveCampaign only increases your contact limit automatically if you enable that option; otherwise, reaching the limit can prevent you from adding contacts. Accounts created on or after November 3, 2025 pay for every contact, including unsubscribed or bounced addresses. Pro and Enterprise require a one-year commitment even when you pay monthly, and cancelling does not end the remaining payments. Starter and Plus offer a true month-to-month option. This table shows the monthly list price; ActiveCampaign usually shows annual-prepayment prices first, and monthly payments on Pro and Enterprise still require an annual commitment.
