Mailchimp counts the same person separately in each audience and names only archived and cleaned contacts as excluded from its contact limit. Your monthly bill uses the highest contact count reached during that billing period, even if you delete contacts later. New or upgraded Standard and Premium accounts include onboarding sessions during the initial setup period. This table shows the month-to-month list price; Mailchimp may lead with a promotional rate, and annual plans for eligible Standard and Premium accounts require contacting sales.
